We started as a freelance service provider, operating without a physical office. From day one, we have upheld sincerity, trust, and professionalism—values that have shaped our steady growth. Having experienced the challenges of building a business firsthand, we understand the needs of individuals, startups, and SMEs, allowing us to tailor our services to be practical, reliable, and effective.

Today, Office M has served thousands of clients, many of whom continue to trust and stay with us. With their support, our team has grown, and we have expanded to three offices—one in Tanjong Pagar, another in Woodlands, and our latest branch in Mount Austin, Johor Bahru.

Our Leadership

Ms Chin Xue Ying

Xue Ying graduated from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. She is a Chartered Secretary (CSIS) and a Chartered Governance Professional (CGI). With a strong commitment to corporate governance, she ensures that both Office M and our clients stay compliant while reinforcing our mission and keeping the company competitive in the market.

Ms Lim Mui Ee

A Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) and Fellow Member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) with over 20 years of experience, Mui Ee has served as an accountant, business advisor, and tax consultant. She is dedicated to ensuring that our team stays skilled, knowledgeable, and up to date—enabling us to deliver professional, high-quality services to our clients.

Ms Lily Eeh

With a background in accounting and extensive experience in corporate secretarial services and business advisory, Lily has advised thousands of clients. She is passionate about automation and IT solutions, helping Office M enhance efficiency while maintaining exceptional service quality.
